Middle Eastern
Middle Eastern Class is an hour long “Belly
Dancing” class. Previous dance experience is not a required! This is a very
fun class that is great for your core!! Wear
casual workout gear.
Ballet
Barre/Body Conditioning
An Hour long class that begins with a beginner
ballet barre, then is followed with a variety of
strengthening exercises and stretches ideal for the attaining a “dancers’
body.” The exercises will target the
proper use and strengthening of the core, toning upper body muscles, hamstring
and inner thigh muscles, and include and variety of stretches. This class is a great introduction for those
beginners who hope to take a full ballet class in the fall! Wear Casual workout gear w/ballet shoes or socks.
